NEXT YOUTH INDOOR TRACK & FIELD MEET

February 23rd at Bethel High School Track and Field Training Center

This a USATF Sanctioned meet which means each Athlete MUST have a USATF Membership #.

To obtain your Athletes USATF #, go to the USATF Website https://www.usatf.org/home/top-utility-nav-content/membership

Purchase the 1yr Membership for $20.00. 
 Renew if you had a membership but it expired or 
​select New Membership if you do not have a previous #

If you are a NEW member of USATF you must scan the Athletes Birth Certificate and email it to   
and I forward the Birth Certificate to get your Athlete age verified.  

The age verification can take up to 2wks so you need to buy/renew your USATF Membership immediately.


AGE GROUPS: By the year of birth (ages are as of December 31, 2020)

8 & Under (2012+), 9 -10 (2010-2011), 11-12 (2008-2009), 13-14 (2006-2007),

**Pole Vault Only Age Groups 13-14(2006-2007), & 15-18 (2002 – 2005)

***According to CIAC rules, High School Athletes may compete as one of their 4 unattached competitions without their school uniform in this meet!

ORDER OF EVENTS Note: This year’s meet will be combined with the Open/Masters Meet

Field Events:

8:30 am  – Pole Vault  Ages 15 through Masters –  Male and Female combined

8:30 am – Open & Masters Field Events: – (Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump, Triple Jump)

10:00 am – Youth – Field Events – (Long Jump All Ages, Shot Put All Ages, High Jump 9-14   follows Long Jump) 

In the shot put athletes must bring provide their own implement.  

10:15 a.m. – Track Events begin

Entry Fee:  $6.00 per event, a maximum of 3 events.
A valid 2020 USATF membership number with age verification is required of all athletes.
Rules: 2019/20 USATF rules will be followed.
Awards: Medals to the top three finishers in all age-groups/events
Age Verification: Those athletes who have never had their ages verified must do so in order to
enter the meet. Age verification is a one-time process. If when your
membership expires, you renew with the same number, verification should carry over.
